Traditionally has been used as a digestive aid, to relieve cold symptoms, as a breath freshener, offers relief from headaches and nausea, boosts blood circulation, improves memory. Very common in toothpaste. In skincare used in creams, lotions, soaps, shampoos – has a cooling effect and stimulates hair growth, adds shine, helps to prevent dandruff.

Blends well with: lavender, eucalyptus, rosemary, lemon, lime, mandarin, sweet orange.
