Magnesium flakes for foot baths

The magnesium flakes contain 47% pure magnesium chloride – one of the best-absorbed forms of magnesium through the skin. Dissolved in a foot bath, this mineral supports the skin’s natural moisture balance and the well-being of the feet. Add about 100–150 g of magnesium flakes to warm (37–41 °C) water and let them dissolve completely.
Keep your feet in the bath for 20–30 minutes. Then dry your feet gently and, if desired, apply a moisturising cream.
Recommended for use 2–3 times a week or as needed.
