1. Validity of the Terms of Sale
1.1. These Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of goods and services between the buyer of the NURME.EU online store (hereinafter the Consumer) and NURME LOODUSKOSMEETIKA OÜ (hereinafter the nurme.eu Online Store).

1.3. In addition to these terms, legal relationships arising from the purchase of products from the nurme.eu online store are governed by the Law of Obligations Act of the Republic of Estonia, the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable legislation.
1.4. The nurme.eu Online Store reserves the right to amend the Terms of Sale. Such amendments will be published on the nurme.eu website.
2. Price Information
2.1. All prices displayed in the nurme.eu online store include 24% VAT.
2.2. The transport fee is added to the purchase price according to the delivery method selected by the Consumer (DPD parcel locker 3 euros, SmartPost 3 euros, Omniva parcel locker 3 euros).
2.3. Courier delivery costs 6.10 euros. The nurme.eu Online Store reserves the right to choose the company providing the courier service.
2.4. No delivery fee is applied to orders over 45 euros delivered to a DPD, SmartPost or Omniva parcel locker.
2.5. If an order has been placed before changes are made to the Terms of Sale or prices, the terms valid at the time of placing the order apply to the legal relationship between the Consumer and nurme.eu.
2.6. The nurme.eu Online Store reserves the right to amend sales prices. Such amendments will be published on the nurme.eu website.
3. Placing an Order
3.1. Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
3.2. To place an order, first click the “Add to cart” link in the shopping cart.
3.3. Next, choose whether you wish to place the order as a one-time customer or as a loyal customer.
3.4. On the checkout page, fill in the required fields, choose your preferred delivery method and click “Proceed to payment”. An invoice will then be displayed on the screen, which you can conveniently pay via bank link (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop, Luminor, Mtasku) or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). The details for making a euro payment, including all applicable national taxes and additional fees, can be found on the invoice displayed after confirming the order.
The controller of personal data is Nurme Looduskosmeetika OÜ. Nurme Looduskosmeetika transfers the personal data required for making payments to authorised processors Maksekeskus AS or Montonio Finance UAB.
3.5. Carefully fill in the fields on the data and order confirmation page, because the speed and smooth delivery of the purchased products, as well as the later resolution of disputes and complaints, depend on the accuracy and correctness of the information submitted.
3.6. Tick the box “I have read and agree to the website’s Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy”.
3.7. Orders placed in the online store are processed on business days from 10:00 to 16:00. If an order is placed on Friday after 12:00, the order may be processed on the next business day.
3.8. It takes nurme.eu an average of 1-3 business days to dispatch an order, depending on the selected delivery method.
4. Entry into Force of the Sales Contract
4.1. Under the sales contract, the nurme.eu Online Store undertakes to transfer to the Consumer existing goods, goods to be manufactured, or goods to be acquired by the nurme.eu Online Store in the future, and to make the transfer of ownership to the Consumer possible. The Consumer undertakes to pay the nurme.eu Online Store the amount shown on the invoice issued for the goods and to accept the goods.
4.2. Orders that have not been paid for will be cancelled 7 days after the order is placed.
4.3. The sales contract enters into force after the payment made by the Consumer has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
5. Delivery
5.1. After the sales contract enters into force, the nurme.eu Online Store assembles the order and hands it over to the company’s logistics partners for delivery. An order that has already been placed can no longer be cancelled.
5.2. The delivery times shown on the nurme.eu website apply from the moment the order amount is received in the Online Store’s bank account. The average delivery time is 1-3 business days.
5.3. To ensure delivery without delays, the Consumer must be careful and provide true and valid delivery details when placing the order. If the goods have not reached the Customer within a reasonable time, please contact us by email at [email protected] so we can verify the recipient details. For orders that do not reach the addressee and are returned to nurme.eu by the logistics partner, the Customer will be refunded within 7 business days from the date the returned order is delivered back to us.
5.4. The nurme.eu Online Store is not liable for delays in the delivery of goods if the goods were handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delay was caused by circumstances that the nurme.eu Online Store could not influence or foresee.
6. Right of Return
6.1. After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days without giving a reason. To return goods, the return form must first be completed. In the message, please include the order number, customer details and the product you wish to return.
6.2. Goods to be returned must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.
6.3. Goods can be returned by posting them through the same parcel locker from which the parcel was collected. When returning a parcel through a SmartPost parcel locker, the same door code used to collect the parcel can be used. When sending with Omniva or DPD, please contact us at [email protected] so we can prepare a parcel label for you. The buyer bears the shipping cost when returning goods. If the buyer uses the return code included in the notification, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount according to the nurme.eu price list.
6.4. If a gift was included with your purchase (for example, if you received a gift when purchasing products for a certain amount or when purchasing a specific product), you must also return the gift undamaged, unused and unopened. If the gift is not returned together with the other goods, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refundable amount.
6.5. If you received the wrong goods or if the goods were damaged during transport, please contact us at [email protected].
6.6. Upon receiving the returned goods, the nurme.eu Online Store will refund the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, all payments received from the buyer under the contract. The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
6.7. To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way as would be permitted when testing goods in a physical store.
6.8. The 14-day right of return does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been opened after delivery, including lip balms, creams, soaps, body lotions, deodorants, body butters, essential oils, body oils, body scrubs, shampoos, conditioners and shower gels.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. The nurme.eu Online Store is not liable for damage caused to the Customer or for delays in the delivery of goods if the damage or delay is caused by circumstances that the nurme.eu Online Store could not influence or foresee.
8. Processing of Personal Data
8.1. The nurme.eu Online Store is the controller of personal data. The nurme.eu Online Store transfers the personal data required for making payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.
8.2. By entering data in the online store and providing the relevant confirmation, the Consumer gives the Online Store the right to collect and process the Consumer’s personal data (name, contact phone number, parcel delivery and/or home address, and email address) and to transfer personal data to the logistics partner for the delivery of goods.
8.3. The nurme.eu Online Store has the right to use the Consumer’s residential or location address to send advertisements and other information to the Consumer.
8.4. The Consumer has the right at any time to prohibit the collection and use of their personal data, except where this is necessary for the collection of a contractual claim or for the delivery of goods.
8.5. Electronic personal data is used for direct marketing only if the Consumer has given separate consent for this.
8.6. Encrypted data communication with banks when paying for purchases ensures the security of the Consumer’s personal banking credentials, and the Online Store has no access to them.
9. Consumer’s Right to Contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority
9.1. If the Online Store has refused to resolve the Consumer’s complaint, or if the Consumer does not agree with the solution offered by the Online Store and believes that their rights have been violated or their interests have been harmed, the Consumer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee through the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or to a court. The Consumer may submit the complaint personally or through a representative. Details of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority are available on its website. To resolve problems arising in European Union member states, the Consumer may contact the European Union Consumer Advice Centre or submit an application through the European Union consumer dispute resolution platform.
10. Right to Submit a Complaint
10.1. The nurme.eu Online Store is liable for any non-conformity with the contract terms or defect in goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time the goods were handed over and that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first twelve months (1 year) after the goods are handed over to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the obligation of the Online Store.
If a defect becomes apparent, the buyer has the right to contact the online store no later than within two months by sending an email to [email protected].
10.2. The Online Store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been handed over to the buyer. If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is liable, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract. The Online Store will respond to the Consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
