How to use
Spray 5–10 sprays of magnesium oil onto clean skin (legs, forearms, shoulders, back or abdomen).
Allow a few minutes to absorb. If desired, rinse off any residue with warm water after 20 minutes.
On first use you may feel a slight tingling – this is normal and decreases with regular use.
Suitable for daily use.
Do not apply to wounds or sensitive areas, such as around the eyes. The oil should primarily be applied to healthy skin.
