How to use
Do not use essential oils undiluted. Pregnant women and small children may use essential oils with extreme caution. Do not leave essential oils within reach of children.
6 WAYS TO USE LEMONGRASS ESSENTIAL OIL FOR THE WELL-BEING OF YOURSELF AND YOUR HOME:
- Purify the air – add 4-6 drops to an aroma lamp. Lemongrass has air-disinfecting properties and this oil helps bad odours disappear. It can be helpful for pet owners.
- “Against smelly footwear” – place a cotton ball or newspaper with a couple of drops of essential oil inside the footwear and leave overnight. By morning the shoes are like new.
- Disinfect the kitchen, bathroom, children’s toys, etc. Pour 4 parts water and 1 part 5% vinegar (30% cleaning vinegar must be diluted first) into a reusable spray bottle and add 30 drops of essential oil. Use the resulting mixture as a daily general cleaner.
- Make floors shine – add 15 drops of lemongrass essential oil to 3 l of floor-washing water.
- Freshen laundry – drip 2-3 drops of oil onto a gauze cloth and put it in the washing machine with the rest of the laundry. If you have an unscented fabric softener, you can add it to that.
- Be creative and add it to unscented cleaning products, cosmetics, etc. For example, it is good to buy an unscented washing-up liquid and add lemongrass essential oil to it as desired, and another time rosemary instead. Enjoy aromatherapy while washing the dishes.
