The aroma and flavour of pink Himalayan salt complement the taste of both raw and cooked foods. Pink salt contains 84 elements and 200 chemical compounds. The pink colour is due to the high content of minerals in the salt (iron, potassium and magnesium), which are important for ensuring good health.
