Eucalyptus essential oil is one of the strongest oils and also one with the widest spectrum of effects. Especially in the winter season it is effective for respiratory illnesses, relieving cough and a runny nose and effectively driving away even a strong headache. How to use
Do not use essential oils undiluted. Pregnant women and small children may use essential oils with extreme caution. Do not leave essential oils within reach of children.
PLEASE NOTE: Eucalyptus essential oil has a high cineole content and therefore its use with infants and small children should be approached with caution. Diffusing small amounts into the air is permitted, but you must first make sure it is safe (that there are no allergies, asthma or similar complaints that diffusing the oils could trigger respiratory reactions for).
Use: for inhalation, for massage, in the bath, in the sauna, to freshen rooms, for compresses, as an insect repellent.

Eucalyptus essential oil is valued for the following properties: it helps wounds heal quickly and successfully, provides relief for a runny nose and cough, helps relieve the symptoms caused by colds; for respiratory complaints, massaging a couple of drops of oil onto the chest helps (soothes an irritated throat and helps get more oxygen into the lungs), gives energy and eliminates the feeling of exhaustion and revitalises the mind, supports mental activity (including helping concentration while studying), relieves muscle tension, is widely used in oral hygiene, and helps with various skin problems.

A super oil! I have chronic rhinitis and I\’ve dripped the oil on my pillow before bed. It hasn\’t left stains and in the mornings my nose is a bit clearer. It doesn\’t completely take the rhinitis away, but it does relieve it! When I have a cold I made hot-water steam and dripped the oil into it. With a cleansing and refreshing effect when dripped into floor-washing water too!
