How to use
Do not use essential oils undiluted. Pregnant women and small children may use essential oils with extreme caution. Do not leave essential oils within reach of children.
It is also suitable for use in the bath, for inhalation, for massage, and you can add orange essential oil to unscented body creams, oils and shampoos to achieve a pleasant aroma.
IN FOLK MEDICINE
Orange has also been used as a digestion-promoting and toxin-removing agent. It calms the stomach and helps with constipation – mix a couple of drops of essential oil into a base oil of your choice and massage the stomach in circular motions. It also reduces nasal congestion and helps relieve other cold symptoms.
Sweet orange essential oil helps bring out the skin’s radiant complexion, but when using it you should avoid direct sunlight.
A GOOD TIP! Add a couple of drops of orange essential oil to warm floor-washing water. It helps freshen indoor air and remove unpleasant odours.
