How to use
Use coconut fat for frying, baking and for preparing vegan and alkaline foods. Coconut fat begins to melt at 21-24 degrees, turning into oil.
When replacing butter/margarine with coconut fat in baked goods, reduce the amount of fat by 30% of the amount specified in the recipe.
